When you opt for a non-hosted solution, Bugscore 360 and all associated employee data rests on your servers. In this latter case, we help setup the solution by liaising with your technical officers.

All subscription packages have an inbuilt trial period of 1 calendar month (22 business days). After this period, your subscription automatically switches to a paid one unless you inform us otherwise.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, however, we require that you give us 15-business-days notice. You can terminate your subscription by contacting us.
The score of any employee, department, subsidiary or company is simply an amalgamation of scores on individual attributes you customize. The score, therefore, can be drilled-down upon to unveil the individual strengths and weaknesses of an asset. Attribute-based scoring provides the same degree of richness and granularity in feedback as a traditional forms/survey based approach, however, it is significantly quicker to complete and is real-time (not concentrated around certain review periods each year).
As scoring and access privileges are fully customizable, your company can determine who does and does not have access to scores and feedback. Typically, users with administrative access privileges (these can be executive committee members, HR people, line managers etc.) have access to feedback and can then privately share this with employees.
In this situation, we would suggest that you mark this user's account as deleted so that they cannot login anymore. We will keep all the data associated with that user account for your future reference (if you have opted for a hosted solution) in the event that you rehire said individual in the future. You will not be charged for deleted accounts.
